The proposed WA Early Childhood Policy Fellowship will be a one-to-two-year paid opportunity for mid-career leaders of color to develop their skills and leadership capacity to strengthen the field of early childhood policy in Washington state. WA Early Childhood Policy Fellowship is reaching out to request survey participation to help design this fellowship aimed at eliminating racial disparities in early childhood.
