One area of focus for the Fathers Network is to advocate for equal access to the community for everyone.  With that in mind, I want to let you know about a new podcast produced by the Seattle Cultural Accessibility Consortium called Opening Doors which will address accessibility in arts and civic life.  In their first season they’re focusing on Black, Indigenous and People of Color with disabilities and to learn how race and disability impact access to arts and culture.  So far, they’ve only produced one show, but I’m interested to find out where they go with this effort.

You can listen to the podcast here.
