Come out and support by running or walking the Bothell 5K-Capes for Courage This 5K run/walk will raise money for the Wranglers Inclusion Program at the Northshore Senior Center which is home to the Wrangler program and many more programs for all kinds of populations. The race will begin at the Northshore Health and Wellness Center and go out onto the Sammamish River trail towards Woodinville. The course is an easy out and back.
